Beach Tickle

The city has paid a girl in Santa Monica to tickle people all the beach. She goes around looking for helpless victims and tickles them as long as she wants. Today she found a guy who was left buried in the sand by his friends with only his feet sticking out. This is too good for the Beach Tickler to pass up. Watch as she teases and torments the guy for being so ticklish and not being able to get away.
